In the X-men comics,Omega mutants have always been the most powerful of all mutants,the weaker able to destroy cities and the stronger could fight with gods.Marvel hasn't defined the omega mutants for a long time,and we've only defined them as some very strong mutants.But in latest comic,House Of X（2019）#1,Marvel has finally come up with a definition of omega mutants and has provided a list of known omega mutants.
Omega mutant means this mutant has a power that other mutants couldn't beyond its limits.So sorry for Professor X.By the way I like your new look.
Now let me give you a brief introduction for some omega mutants.
1.Storm(Weather Manipulation)
Storm has the power of controlling the weather that allows her to create tornadoes and lighting.Sounds like Thor,but she did have Thor's hammer as a goddess,and she is also a powerful magician.Even cosmic phenomena such as the solar storm can be created when she fully use her power,could destroy a planet.
2.Jean Grey & Kid Omega(Telepathy)
I put them together because they have similar abilities and are both hosts of the phoenix force.Phoenix Force is particularly attracted to people with very strong telepathy.Jean is the current host,and Quentin Quire will eventually become the host.
3.Magneto(Magnetism)
His ability is to control any form of magnetic field.He has moved large planets many times and has no pressure to let 30,000 tons of nuclear submarines float.His ability can be extended to the atomic level,allowing him to manipulate chemical structures and modify materials.
4.Vulcan-Gabriel Summers(Energy Manipulation)
He is the younger and strongest brother of X-men Cyclops and Havok.After M-day,most mutants' energy travels across universe to him,that makes him a omega mutants.He has been absorbing the energy of the universe for years,and now his power is almost like Celestials.
5.Hope Summers(Power Manipulation)
She is the first mutant born after the events of the "House of M" and "Decimation" storyline as hope of mutants.Hope can replicate and maximize the abilities of other mutants,shows the limits of the mutant's power.She even can replicate the force of phoenix,because it's closing.
6.Iceman(Temperature Manipulation/Negative)
The writers create the character as a new X-men who didn't control his power well.But then some scientists pointed out that creating ice casually,which violates the second law of thermodynamics,is so difficult.
7.Franklin Richards-The Most Powerful Mutant(Reality Manipulation/Universal)
Franklin is a mutant beyond Omega-Level with vast reality-manipulating and psionic powers. He is the young son of Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman of the Fantastic Four.
Franklin is a mutant who possesses the power to warp reality, to make any thought or desire come to fruition, even up to a cosmic scale. He is able to rearrange the molecular structure of matter and energy at will. Franklin once subconsciously created his own pocket universe, encompassing a virtual replica of Earth-616.
In addition to reality and molecular manipulation, Franklin has vast psionic powers that have manifested as telepathy, telekinesis, energy blasts of concussive force, precognition, and astral projection.
He resurrected and transformed Galactus(survive by consuming the planet, one of the five great gods, symbolizing the "fairness" of one of the three great forces of the universe.) into his own personal herald after the Devourer of Worlds had been rendered unconscious in battle against a host of Celestials.
